**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Monitoring alarms and images from residential and commercial clients, as well as providing remote (virtual) front-desk assistance. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education. Customer service experience. Computer literacy. Friendliness, courtesy, and commitment. Prior experience in monitoring is preferred. **WORK SCHEDULE:** 12-hour shifts on a 12 x 36 schedule – Day shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
