Execute batch jobs. Respond to service requests and maintain equipment (computers, terminals, POS systems, terminals, scales, telephony). Generate reports for users. Carry out POS system closing and updates, including overnight processes. Review incidents described in the "Shift Handover" report, and analyze incidents and problem resolutions. Assist with inventory reconciliation.
