





**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Customer service for corporate clients (CNPJ) via telephone, email, WhatsApp, and Teams. Telephone support in both inbound and outbound modes. Prepare and send quotations / commercial proposals to customers. Manage the sales process (including data entry into internal CRM and ERP systems), negotiate with customers and distributors, and conduct sales focused on the company’s solution offerings. **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in Administration, Information Technology, or related fields. Experience in customer service, organizational skills, strong interpersonal communication, commitment, proactivity, eagerness to learn, grow, and improve. Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office 365 and internet). We seek an investigative and analytical professional who will conduct research and gather information about potential customers by identifying and diagnosing their needs.
