We are looking for a **Project Manager** to lead technology initiatives, ensuring planning, execution, and delivery of projects with quality, predictability, and alignment to client objectives. Here, you won’t merely track schedules—you’ll understand the client’s context, structure efficient plans, coordinate technical and functional teams, and ensure every delivery delivers real business value. **Who We Are** PlanoB is a technology consulting firm specializing in implementing and evolving digital solutions for companies needing to integrate systems, data, and processes. We are TOTVS-certified and official RD Station partners, working on projects requiring technical insight, process organization, and platform integration. We support our clients in structuring and executing technology initiatives that increase operational efficiency, connect systems, and enable business scalability—through solutions such as: * Process automation * System and API integrations * Platform implementation and evolution * Development of digital solutions * Process structuring and optimization **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Plan, structure, and monitor technology projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope, and delivery quality. * Serve as the primary liaison between the client and technical team, ensuring clear alignment of expectations and priorities. * Lead kickoff, checkpoint, alignment, and project closure meetings. * Translate business needs into organized scopes, defining phases, deliverables, and timelines. * Manage the demand backlog, prioritizing tasks jointly with the client and team. * Monitor task execution with the technical team, removing impediments and ensuring project fluidity. * Track project metrics (timelines, effort, risks, quality), proactively addressing deviations. * Organize and maintain up-to-date project documentation, including scope, schedules, and status reports. * Support solution definition with the technical team, ensuring alignment with the client’s context. * Act consultatively, identifying opportunities for improvement, process optimization, and new requirements. * Ensure clear and frequent communication with internal and external stakeholders. * Support project acceptance testing, validation, and go-live activities. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and delivery predictability. **What We Offer** * Collaborative, strategic environment without micromanagement. * Direct involvement with real projects and diverse clients. * Continuous learning in technology, processes, and integrations. * Birthday day off. * Remote-first model: fully remote or hybrid work. * Office in Novo Hamburgo/RS. * PJ (individual contractor) engagement model. **Minimum Requirements** * Proven experience in project management, preferably in technology or ERP systems. * Experience leading projects involving system integrations, APIs, or digital platforms. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and/or traditional project management. * Ability to clearly and efficiently organize scope, schedule, and priorities. * Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving orientation. * Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar). * Organization, discipline, and results-driven focus. * Willingness to travel when required for project-related activities or client support. **Desirable Experience** * Experience in technology consulting firms or service-based companies. * Basic knowledge of integrations, APIs, and system architecture. * Experience in projects involving process automation and digital transformation. * Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master). * Experience managing stakeholders and leading projects involving multiple departments. * Experience monitoring project finances (hours, costs, profitability). * Experience in dynamic environments handling multiple concurrent demands and clients.
