Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative and organized Infrastructure Analyst to provide multichannel technical support, ensuring technology facilitates daily operational activities. User management in Active Directory and cloud We are looking for a communicative, organized individual capable of resolving technical issues to join our Support team. As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our users, ensuring technology acts as an enabler — not a barrier — in day-to-day operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Multichannel Support:** Provide Level 1 support via phone, chat, email, or remote access. * **Incident Management:** Log, categorize, and prioritize tickets in an ITSM tool (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, GLPI). * **Troubleshooting:** Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware (desktops, laptops, peripherals) and software (Windows, Office 365, web browsers). * **Access Management:** Create and maintain users in **Active Directory (AD)** and cloud platforms. * **Documentation:** Contribute solutions for recurring issues to the Knowledge Base. * **Escalation:** Identify complex issues and route them appropriately to Infrastructure or Development teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid knowledge of **Windows 10/11** and **Microsoft 365** suite. * Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi). * Prior experience with remote access tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer). **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** * Meal and Food Allowance (R$ 2.097,79 total); * Unimed Unimax Health Plan, with optional dependent coverage; * Dental Plan; * Life Insurance; * Pharmacy network agreement; * Childcare Assistance; * TotalPass; * Transportation Allowance; * Ticket Plus Card. **Beyond these benefits, we also offer:** * An on-site Micromarket; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program); * 13th-month salary bonus.
