**INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Provide hardware and software technical support to internal clients, committed to maintaining high availability and performance of hardware devices and operating systems. Perform maintenance on access control to IT resources. Install and maintain various Operating Systems, install and maintain management systems (ERP), configure email accounts. Perform routine backup procedures, configure and update antivirus programs, FTP software, among others. Respond quickly and efficiently to service requests, ensuring customer satisfaction. Record and resolve issues according to technical procedures. When necessary, guide and train users. Stay updated by reading operational procedures. Study the implementation and documentation of routines that improve computer operations. Create and keep technical procedures up to date. Monitor the review and updating of operational procedures (documents), research new solutions, critically analyze processes, and propose improvements. Interact with other problem solvers to resolve **Requirements:** Requirements: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology; Proficiency in Office suite; Knowledge of Windows system administration; Basic understanding of Computer Networks; Basic knowledge of Linux; Basic knowledge of Information Security; Basic English reading skills.
