




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: Monitor server, network, and telephony solution performance; implement physical and logical changes to server, network, and telephony solutions; Manage infrastructure-related projects executed by third parties; Evaluate and respond to infrastructure-related user tickets; Provide support in the development and implementation of infrastructure-related projects; Gather requirements for infrastructure projects; Maintain up-to-date infrastructure help-desk tickets from users; Develop and deliver training to users on IT infrastructure services and solutions; Analyze IT infrastructure improvement requests to clearly communicate them to vendors; Define, implement, and maintain system validation and testing environments together with the systems team; Guide and train infrastructure assistants in their activities; Contact infrastructure vendors (servers, networks, and telephony) to clarify questions; Participate in decision-making processes regarding acquisition, replacement, or upgrading of infrastructure assets; Perform routine analyses to improve system processing and usability. **REQUIREMENTS:** Interest in the role and, preferably, relevant experience. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Flexible working hours **BENEFITS:** Benefits: Transportation Voucher (VT) + Meal Voucher (VA) or Food Voucher (VR) + Medical and Dental Insurance + Multi-Benefit Card.
