**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: Troubleshooting information security and internal corporate IT infrastructure issues, either on-site or remotely; Understanding and resolving incidents escalated from lower-tier support teams related to information security and infrastructure solutions. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Advanced expertise in supporting market-leading Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) solutions, preferably Fortinet; Advanced knowledge of network infrastructure and routing; Solid knowledge of Linux environments (firewall, email, DNS) and Windows environments (Active Directory, DNS); Knowledge of corporate antivirus solutions and email service infrastructure; Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field — currently enrolled or completed; Preferred: expertise in firewall and information security infrastructure, particularly Fortinet solutions. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (44 hours per week). **BENEFITS:** Salary: BRL 4,000.00.
