Job Summary: Support the company's strategic management through control, analysis, and interpretation of economic-financial information for decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Process improvement and internal controls Support the company's strategic management through control, analysis, and interpretation of economic\-financial information, ensuring data reliability, performance tracking, and decision-making support. Technical Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. · Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controllership, Finance, or related areas. · Solid experience in controllership, cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis. · Advanced knowledge of managerial and financial accounting. · Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query). · ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Totvs, Oracle, or similar). · Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools (preferred). · Experience in controllership. Responsibilities · Prepare, analyze, and monitor managerial reports, performance indicators (KPIs), and financial statements; · Support budget (Budget), forecast, and periodic revisions preparation and control; · Monitor budget execution, performing variance analysis between actual vs. budgeted results; · Analyze costs, expenses, margins, and profitability by product, service, unit, or cost center; · Support financial and managerial closing, ensuring information consistency; · Conduct economic feasibility studies, pricing analysis, and investment analysis; · Contribute to process and internal control improvements; · Respond to internal and external audits by providing required information and analyses; · Support departments in interpreting financial data and performance indicators; · Ensure compliance with policies, internal standards, and regulatory requirements.
