Your mission is to transform complex processes into intelligent and scalable workflows. ### **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** **Practical Innovation:** Evolve core Delphi applications and build new high-impact automation modules. **Ecosystem Integration:** Design and consume APIs/WebServices (REST/SOAP) to connect Facta with global partners. **Performance & Data:** Optimize SQL Server environments to ensure data integrity and maximum throughput. **Analytical Problem Solving:** Diagnose root causes and implement definitive solutions (avoiding rework). ### **What We’re Looking For:** Advanced proficiency in Delphi (our core technology). Solid experience with SQL Server. Proven experience designing integration architectures (APIs/WebServices). Self-motivated profile with sharp logical reasoning and strong organizational skills. **Education:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in IT-related fields. **Strong Differentiators:** Interest in or knowledge of Computer Vision algorithms.
