You will join a structured technical team with well-defined processes and a strong quality focus, supporting engineers in project execution, documentation control, and field monitoring.
* Support planning and monitoring of construction works and services.
* Update physical\-financial control spreadsheets.
* Assist in preparing technical reports and as-built records.
* Organize and control technical documents and As-Built drawings.
* Conduct field measurements and record relevant information.
* Support interface management with suppliers and service providers.
* Contribute to meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Technical or undergraduate degree in Engineering (Civil, Production, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields), currently in progress or completed.
* Prior experience as an engineering assistant, associate, or technician (mid-level).
* Proficiency in Excel and control tools (spreadsheets, reports).
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Availability for on-site work under PJ (individual contractor) arrangement.
* Willingness to travel to Rio Grande.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software.
* Experience in construction, industrial maintenance, or infrastructure projects.
* Basic understanding of planning (schedules, measurements, progress curves).
* Experience in technical document control and As-Built management.
