





We are looking for a Projects/Processes Analyst to act as a liaison between business areas and technical teams. Main responsibilities: * Coordinate with the analysis team and client; * Monitor project progress and evolution with internal and external teams, recording and publishing project updates while ensuring its quality; * Monitor the delivery process of requirements, conducting follow-ups with internal teams and ensuring proper communication to clients; * Propose process improvements for requirements; * Keep demand management tools updated to enable the creation of performance indicators for departments; * Provide structured information to support decision-making by project managers; * Lead the implementation process of small projects together with requesters, ensuring planned activities are carried out; * Communicate and ensure smooth handover of deliverables to internal and external teams; * Act as a facilitator to disseminate knowledge, tools, and root cause analysis techniques. Requirements: Experience in Projects/Processes related to system implementations; Degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree
