Opportunity for growth and expansion alongside the clinics **JOB: Commercial Assistant (Dental Clinic \+ Physiotherapy)** We are looking for a **strategic Commercial Assistant with a conversion focus**, to join our healthcare clinics. You will be responsible for handling communications via WhatsApp and in person, qualifying patients and converting interest into appointments — always using a consultative, ethical approach aligned with healthcare standards. We work with high-value procedures. Therefore, we seek someone who can **sell trust, security, and experience — not just price.** **About the clinics:** * Orofacial Harmonization and Aesthetic Dentistry Clinic * Myofascial Release and Recovery Clinic Both emphasize humanized care, technical excellence, and premium experience. **Responsibilities** * Lead qualification and engagement via WhatsApp and social media * Strategic management of conversations through to appointment scheduling * Management of WhatsApp for **two operations (dentistry/harmonization and physiotherapy)** * Calendar organization and follow-up execution * CRM updates and tracking * Monitoring of goals and KPIs * Commercial support for campaigns and strategic initiatives **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Experience in consultative sales (preferably high-ticket) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Confidence in leading conversations and negotiations * Organization and discipline in lead tracking * Growth mindset and goal orientation * Professional demeanor suitable for a healthcare environment **Compensation** * Hybrid model (in-person \+ remote, per clinic schedule) * Fixed salary \+ performance-based commission **Work Location** * Remote (WhatsApp-based) * In-person on strategic days for team training and alignment **IMPORTANT** Laptop and mobile phone are provided by the clinic. **This role is NOT suitable if you:** * Seek stability without targets * Dislike sales * Require constant supervision to complete tasks * Are only seeking supplemental income **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience with WhatsApp-based sales and customer service * Experience with CRM systems * Experience with ticket values above R$ 2\.000 * Background in healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness **About the clinic** We are two healthcare professionals focused on natural results, humanized care, and technical excellence.
