Direct contact with partners, suppliers, and customs brokers. **IMPORT ASSISTANT** **Job Description:** We are seeking an Import Process Analyst to work strategically and operationally, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality across all stages of international trade. This professional will have direct contact with business partners, suppliers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders, and will also support management in demand planning and continuous process improvement. Main Responsibilities: Execute and monitor end-to-end import processes in Siscomex, including registration and verification of the Import Declaration (DI); Perform follow-up on international shipments across all transport modes (maritime, air, and road), monitoring deadlines, costs, and potential impediments; Verify import documentation (invoice, packing list, certificates, bill of lading, etc.); Ensure regulatory and documentary compliance with customs legislation and approving authorities (Federal Revenue, ANVISA, MAPA, etc.); Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to optimize import processes; Work hands-on, balancing strategic activities with operational execution. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; Experience in import processes, including use of Siscomex and Import Declaration (DI); Advanced Office suite proficiency, especially Excel; Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar); Experience in export processes is a plus; Analytical, communicative, and results-oriented profile. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Benefits:** CLT Fixed Contract, Transportation Allowance (VT), Meal Allowance (VR) *Apply via the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
