We are seeking a Raw Material Analyst to work on raw material development and sourcing, ensuring adequate supply for collections, alignment with each brand’s strategy, process excellence, supplier relationship management, and support to internal departments — guaranteeing quality, timeliness, cost-efficiency, and innovation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct raw material research according to creative and technical briefs, including supplier engagement, negotiation follow-up, timeline tracking, development monitoring, and prospecting support; * Ensure consolidation of raw materials and sourcing, securing availability for development and production; * Participate in collection development stages, ensuring data verification, allocations, and volume planning; * Perform delivery follow-up, addressing schedule deviations and production impacts; * Maintain and update raw material master data in systems; * Support development and improvement of raw material department operational processes; * Manage raw material inventory control, supporting portfolio analysis and adjustment needs; * Update inventory data and monitor departmental operational indicators (KPIs); * Provide internal support, including assistance to the fabric library and Style and Product departments; * Execute area-specific projects as directed by leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Fashion, Textile Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in Product and Materials Development; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Advanced English proficiency; * Experience in commercial negotiations. **Additional Information** **Work Location: Porto Alegre - RS** **Work Modality: Hybrid (4 days per week at the office)** **Learn about our benefits!** * Check eligibility based on your position.
