Job Summary: IT support intern to document infrastructure, manage inventory, and resolve equipment issues. Key Highlights: 1. Update and create IT infrastructure documentation 2. Handle first-level support tickets 3. Resolve issues with computer equipment and peripherals As an intern in the IT support department, you will be responsible for updating and creating IT infrastructure documentation, updating equipment and peripheral inventory/stock control spreadsheets, handling first-level support requests both on-site and remotely (via remote access tools), and resolving issues related to computer equipment and peripherals.
