




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Administer routines for attracting and selecting new talent, supporting projects and promoting best practices grounded in departmental metrics; Maintain aligned communication with internal and external clients and supporting recruitment agencies; Ensure all open positions have coherent and role/department-specific job descriptions; Collaborate with leaders to understand suitable candidate profiles for selection; Support the implementation of employer branding strategies to attract talent; Populate and update the company’s talent database using talent management software; Manage the entire external selection process for lower-complexity positions; Promote job openings via communication channels and supporting recruitment agencies; Keep recruitment agencies updated on open/closed processes; Maintain up-to-date recruitment and selection metrics as well as internal process metrics; Conduct interviews, group assessments, assessment center exercises, and other relevant selection techniques; Support leaders in extending formal job offers to selected candidates; Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire selection and onboarding process; Provide timely and appropriate feedback to all candidates regarding their application status. **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (from the 7th semester onward) or Business Administration (from the 6th semester onward), or completed degree in Human Resources. Solid generalist experience in Recruitment and Selection. Basic knowledge of R&S metrics.
