




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Recruitment and Selection: Post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews. Prepare and update reports, organize employee records. Electronic Time Tracking: Manage, monitor, and finalize electronic time tracking processes. Track overtime, night shift premiums, absences and/or tardiness, and medical certificates. Employee Onboarding: Verify documentation, schedule admission exams, register employees on the management platform, forward documents to third-party accounting, submit documents for digital signature, organize digital files, onboard new employees, and maintain up-to-date records and controls. Support other departmental activities: Vacation management, Benefits administration, Payroll processing, and Internal marketing. **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree.
