Objective: We are looking for talented individuals to join us as a Service Analyst. You will be responsible for *process improvement and delivering results for our customers*. You will conduct data analysis, map opportunities, diagnose fleet availability for customers, aiming to reduce costs and maintain relationships with business units and clients to lead projects and initiatives optimizing stages of the customer maintenance journey. Key Responsibilities: * Lead meetings with internal teams and clients to map improvements and needs related to fleet availability; * Perform data analysis and identify insights that deliver results for the client; * Prepare managerial presentations delivering results; * Map processes and identify improvement opportunities; * Propose initiatives optimizing stages of the customer maintenance journey. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Production Management, International Trade (or related fields); * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint presentations. * Familiarity with continuous improvement tools: Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma; * Experience working with agile methodologies; * Entrepreneurial mindset, teamwork, and customer-centric focus; * Analytical ability, clear communication, and results orientation.
