We are seeking an intern to join the Corporate Communications and Marketing team at Fleming Educação, supporting the creation of graphic materials and visual assets representing our two core business areas: Pre-College Entrance Exam Preparation and High School Education. This is an opportunity to develop practical design skills, participate in strategic brand projects, and experience the day-to-day work of a purpose-driven, excellence-oriented team. **Key Responsibilities:** -------------------------- * Support the creation of graphic assets and visual designs for campaigns, institutional communications, and Fleming Educação’s digital channels. * Participate in internal briefings, contributing ideas and visual concepts. * Develop adaptations and diverse formats for campaigns (online and offline). * Assist in editing short videos and audiovisual materials for social media and institutional initiatives. * Support the organization of the department’s image, video, and file repositories. * Monitor vendor work and assist the team with graphic production requests. * Help capture photos and videos during internal and external events, as needed. * Collaborate with the team on executing the editorial calendar and recurring design deliverables. **Requirements:** --------------- * Currently enrolled in Advertising and Public Relations, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields. * Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva and CapCut. * Interest in learning Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a plus. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn on the job. * Good communication skills and openness to receiving feedback. * Interest in visual identity and brand application. **What We Offer:** --------------------- * A dynamic and welcoming environment, with close team mentorship. * Opportunity to learn through real-world projects and industry challenges. * Organizational culture grounded in ethics, excellence, empathy, and continuous growth. **Additional Information:** --------------------------- * Weekly workload: 30 hours; * On-site work model in Porto Alegre; **Stipend and Benefits:** ------------------------------- Monthly stipend of R$1,200.00 ️ Meal allowance or food voucher of R$30 per day; Transportation voucher; + ️ Gympass partnership. + ️ Opportunity for permanent employment. **Join us and begin your journey at Fleming!**
