





We are looking for a Marketing Analyst with emphasis on graphic creation and design to join the Communication and Marketing team within the corporate structure of Fleming Educação. You will be responsible for developing graphic materials and visual assets representing our two operational areas (Pre-College and High School), ensuring visual consistency, technical quality, and alignment with institutional positioning. In addition to creation, you will also play an active role in campaign execution, support to units, and contribution to strategic brand projects. ### **Main responsibilities and deliverables:** * Lead the creation process of graphic pieces and visual designs for campaigns, institutional communications, and digital channels of Fleming Educação (Pre-College and High School). * Participate in briefings with internal clients when necessary, translating requirements into clear, functional visual solutions aligned with brand guidelines. * Request, guide, and supervise graphic creation work carried out by freelancers and external vendors, ensuring visual coherence and timely delivery. * Develop adaptations and extensions of campaigns in multiple formats (online and offline). * Support the production and editing of short videos and animations for communication actions, campaigns, and social media. * Monitor and/or conduct coverage of internal and external events, capturing photos and videos when necessary to enrich the department's content library. * Assist in requesting quotes and budgets from external suppliers related to graphic materials, printing, and creative services. * Collaborate with the communication and marketing team in drafting and refining briefings, maintaining technical clarity and strategic alignment. * Maintain brand visual consistency across all digital platforms and physical materials, ensuring correct application. * Support the organization and updating of the department's image bank, videos, layouts, and files. * Contribute to the planning and execution of the editorial calendar and recurring design deliverables. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields. * Proficiency in creation and editing tools used routinely in the department, such as Canva, CapCut, and equivalents. * Knowledge of Adobe tools will be considered a plus. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and demands simultaneously. * Good communication skills for interaction with internal clients and suppliers when necessary. * Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of visual identity and brand application. ### **What do we offer?** * Dynamic and challenging environment * Opportunities for professional growth * Organizational culture based on ethics, excellence, and empathy. ### **CLT Benefits:** * Flash: Meal/food allowance * Transportation allowance * Gympass * Amil health insurance * Amil dental plan * Childcare allowance
