**Sanitation Services Programmer\-CORSAN** We are hiring professionals to work in the area of water supply and sewage, directly contributing to the continuous improvement of services provided to the community. **Responsibilities:** * **Perform more complex technical analyses in water supply and sewage collection/treatment processes**, with occasional guidance from Level III/Senior professionals or immediate supervisors. Contribute to operational efficiency and the continuous improvement of procedures and workflows in the sanitation area. * Carry out activities related to the operation and maintenance of water and sewage systems independently, requesting guidance only in highly complex situations or those involving significant operational risks. * Assign and monitor the execution of Service Orders for corrective and preventive maintenance, connections, disconnections, reconnections, inspections, and other operational services, ensuring deadlines are met and prompt responses to public demands. * Monitor and supervise field services such as water and sewage network repairs, branch line replacements, unblockings, and emergency interventions, using specific systems to ensure compliance with the company's technical, environmental, and safety standards. * Prepare and/or validate productivity and operational performance reports based on completed Service Orders, providing management with data for decision-making and improving efficiency and service quality indicators. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Compensation and Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal Allowance: BRL 979.00; * Transportation Voucher; * Health and dental plan (after probation period); * Life insurance. **Work Location:** * Porto Alegre/RS **Requirements:** * Completed high school; * Driver's License category B; * Desired experience of 1 year in the role or similar; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
