Here’s what this opportunity will involve on a daily basis: We are seeking a candidate to join Lojas Renner S.A.'s Research and Innovation Center, with a focus on trend monitoring, analysis of market movements and social media, and agile identification of product opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor aesthetic and fashion trends, consolidating information using research methodologies; * Track major fashion movements and trends on social media (Instagram and TikTok); * Use market monitoring data, social media insights, and fashion show reports to identify fashion trends; * Develop materials and presentations based on monitored trends, ensuring documentation of when each opportunity emerged; * Rapidly disseminate these trends to support collections and brand responsiveness; * Agilely monitor key seasonal items, colors, prints, fabrics, trims, and aesthetics; * Stay engaged with the market, maintaining proximity to Renner’s customers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Fashion, Marketing, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel). **Additional Information** **Work Location: Porto Alegre \- RS** **Work Model: Hybrid (4 days per week in the office)** **Learn about our benefits!** * Check eligibility for your position.
