Responsibilities and duties * Provide technical support for standard and customized routines of the Protheus ERP system, remotely or on-site to clients and users, resolving questions and issues related to hardware, software, and networks, ensuring compliance with SLA requirements and service levels. * Perform incident analysis and diagnosis, identifying solutions and implementing improvements. * Carry out installation, configuration, and updates of operating systems and applications. * Monitor performance indicators and propose actions to optimize support processes. * Document procedures and technical manuals to facilitate the use of information technology resources. Requirements and qualifications Main requirements and qualifications: * High school diploma. * Experience in customer service and technical support. * Knowledge of operating systems, networks, and Office suite. * Strong communication skills and proactivity. * IT certifications will be considered a plus. * Familiarity with the main Protheus modules. 2512260202491110068
