As a Project Analyst, your objective will be to act as a transformation agent within the organization, developing and implementing high-impact strategic projects across our network of authorized workshops. The Project Analyst’s mission is to ensure each initiative is executed with excellence, connecting different departments and translating needs into practical, sustainable solutions that strengthen the company’s competitiveness. Responsibilities:* Lead meetings with internal departments and stakeholders to identify, align, and validate key project elements; * Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to generate relevant insights for decision-making; * Prepare and present executive reports and presentations for internal and external audiences; * Map processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose innovative solutions; * Monitor execution, track performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure project sustainability post-implementation; * Support management of project schedules, scope, risks, and resources; * Act as a facilitator among different departments, promoting integration and collaboration; * Contribute to the dissemination of best practices in project management and continuous improvement. ✅Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in project management and monitoring; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; * Experience creating PowerPoint presentations focused on clarity and visual impact; * Strong analytical ability and critical thinking for problem-solving; * Clear and assertive communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively in teams within dynamic environments; * Organization, proactivity, and results orientation.
