Job Summary: Join the Dex01 team! We are seeking a professional to maintain and implement projects, identify issues, and propose solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance and implementation of systems and projects. 2. Communication with team members, partners, and clients; technical support. 3. Web, mobile, front-end, and back-end development. **Join the Dex01 team! :)** ------------------------------------- **Challenge:** Capable of maintaining all currently operational systems, implementing new projects from the initial conception phase with the client through to production deployment, identifying day-to-day issues, and proposing feasible solutions within each project's context. Maintain strong communication with the entire team, partners, and clients. Provide technical support whenever needed, helping keep the team aligned and ready to jointly address daily issues. **Responsibilities:** * Web and/or web-mobile development; * Front-end development based on componentization, atomic design, and mobile-first principles; * Back-end development using industry-standard practices (e.g., SOLID); * Identification, analysis, and documentation of software issues; * Creation of tasks/issues using established methodologies; * Participation in daily stand-ups, reviews, and planning sessions; * Client interaction via email, remote meetings, and instant messaging. **Corporate Skills:** Independence Planning and Organization Ability to prioritize tasks Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks Excellent verbal and written communication Analytical and critical thinking Innovation mindset Collaboration and sociability Communication **Nice to have:** Intermediate English and/or Spanish Native mobile development
