Job Summary: Grupo Ável is seeking a DevOps professional to serve as the Observability Architect and DevOps culture catalyst, building the platform that supports our CRM and dashboards. Our **Tech team** is looking for a **DevOps** professional to serve as the right-hand partner to our Platform Squad. Your mission is to be the catalyst for DevOps culture within a foundational environment. You will be the architect of our **Observability strategy**, developing the technical foundations that enable software and data engineering to operate with high predictability. Your role is strategic: you will not only manage infrastructure but also build the platform supporting our critical CRM and dashboards. **Key Challenges:** * **Platform Development**: Collaborate with the Platform Squad to build internal tools that simplify deployment and telemetry. * **Observability Architecture**: Implement and maintain a monitoring ecosystem (Metrics, Logs, and Tracing) focused on CRM health and financial data integrity. * **Proactivity and Evolution**: Proactively identify bottlenecks in legacy systems and propose migration to modern AWS infrastructure patterns. * **DevOps Evangelism**: Serve as a technical mentor to developers, promoting best practices in *Self\-Service Infrastructure*. * **Automation and Scalability**: Ensure infrastructure provisioning (IaC) and CI/CD keep pace with the Platform Squad’s agile delivery rhythm. ### **✅ Essential Requirements:** * Proven hands-on experience with **AWS** (with emphasis on resilience and security). + Deep expertise in **Observability tools** (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Jaeger, or ELK). + Experience with **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**, preferably Terraform. + Proficiency in automating **CI/CD pipelines** and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes). + Scripting knowledge (Python, Go, or Bash) for task automation. **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience monitoring **critical databases** (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL). * Familiarity with SRE practices (Service Level Objectives \- SLOs and Error Budgets). **Additional Information:** * CLT employment contract; * Meal or Food Allowance via Flash Card; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance via Flash Card; * Dental Plan; * Life Insurance; * Birthday Day Off.
