We are seeking a Developer for hybrid work in Porto Alegre, to participate in the definition of architecture, development, maintenance, and evolution of corporate applications. The professional will be responsible for designing technical solutions, implementing new features, fixing bugs, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. **Desirable:** Experience with .NET (C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET) for back-end development. Experience with React.js for developing modern and responsive user interfaces. Knowledge of TypeScript on the front-end. DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of software architecture, including defining standards, best practices, and technical documentation. Experience in performance projects, with application and database optimization. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), focusing on scalability. Knowledge of REST APIs (creation, consumption, and security best practices). Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL). Familiarity with source code versioning (Git) and continuous integration practices. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and quality automation. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Systems Analysis and Development. **Responsibilities:** Define software architectures and technical standards for new projects and the evolution of existing systems. Work on performance projects, performing analysis, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements. Develop and maintain applications using .NET (C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET) and React.js. Create and consume REST APIs, ensuring integration, security, and performance best practices. Implement unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure solution quality and stability. Support requirements analysis by proposing robust and innovative technical solutions. Collaborate in system maintenance, diagnosing and resolving production incidents. Participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), contributing to estimations, planning, and technical reviews. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
