




We are seeking a professional for an on-site position in Porto Alegre, in the Customer Service area; proactive, articulate, communicative, and enthusiastic about performing administrative tasks. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields; Experience in administrative and customer service tasks; Proficiency in Excel; Prior experience handling vehicle documentation will be an advantage. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer service via telephone, email, and other channels; Receive, analyze, and manage vehicle documentation (ATPV, CRV); Monitor and process customer requests; Support data management for performance indicators and reports; Request and track payments. **Minimum Educational Requirement:** Bachelor’s degree
