Support the sales team, conduct customer prospecting, handle phone inquiries, send catalogs via WhatsApp, and enter orders into the system; Identify, test, and explore potential customer prospecting channels; Identify, test, and explore different approaches to customer prospecting; Monitor and analyze commercial performance indicators; organize and qualify the CRM; Monitor and test new customer follow-up processes. **Requirements:** Requirements: Experience with outbound calls, such as telesales or general telemarketing. Preferred Qualifications: – Knowledge of Inbound Marketing, CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, SEO, SEM, Social Media, and sales techniques. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Work Schedule: 6 hours per day with flexible hours if necessary.
