Responsibilities and duties: * Monitor collective bargaining agreements and minimum wage standards for professional categories to ensure compliance with current legislation; * Administer personnel structure, ensuring staffing levels remain consistent with the approved personnel budget; * Analyze personnel structure and associated costs to provide insights supporting human resource management strategy; * Review requests for new positions and staff movements to ensure optimal staffing levels; * Register job openings and process personnel movements in the system, ensuring accurate payroll entries; * Develop and monitor departmental KPIs to provide relevant data and insights supporting human resource management strategy; * Analyze market salary surveys to maintain balance in compensation-related decision-making within the Institution; * Develop competency maps aligned with role deliverables and required qualifications; * Participate in developing salary tables and compensation policies; * Support implementation of the performance evaluation system, monitoring evaluation cycles and generating analytical monitoring reports; * Maintain hierarchical structure and organizational chart; * Conduct benchmarking against salary practices of other companies in the sector. 2512010202191839605
