This position will be responsible for ensuring integration among business areas, development squads, and technology teams, guaranteeing the delivery of innovative solutions with quality and within established deadlines. **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage projects related to product area improvements; * Map processes and identify improvement opportunities, proposing process action plans; * Develop schedules, monitor performance indicators, and report status to stakeholders; * Participate in requirement definition, ensuring compliance and good project management practices, as well as identifying risks and proposing mitigation plans; * Act as a bridge between business areas, agile squads, and development teams, facilitating communication; * Use frameworks such as OKRs to align indicators with business objectives and enhance the analytical maturity of the area. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Intermediate / advanced Excel; * Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.); * Prior experience in project management, preferably with a technology interface; * Ability to consolidate data and analyses and present strategic reports to different stakeholders, ensuring focus on results. **Additional information** **Work location: Porto Alegre – RS** **Work modality: Hybrid (4 days per week in the office)** **For internal employees, the application deadline is until 01/18/26** #LI-LR1 #LI-hybrid What delights you?
