The Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the execution of technical and strategic data-related initiatives, contributing to the creation and optimization of solutions (ETL, dashboards, automation) and aligning business demands with team capabilities. They will work closely with the coordinator and other organizational areas to ensure high-quality deliveries and continuous process improvements. **Technical Execution**: * Create and optimize ETL workflows (SQL and Python) for data extraction, transformation, and loading. * Develop and validate Power BI dashboards in collaboration with the BI team. * Contribute to process automation using tools such as Jenkins. **Team and Process Support**: * Support the coordinator in tracking tasks and deliveries. * Ensure quality and timeliness of data-related deliverables. * Collaborate with the team on continuous technical development. **Strategic Alignment**: * Support translating business requirements into practical, data-driven solutions. * Identify and suggest opportunities for improvement in data and automation processes. **Governance and Security**: * Contribute to compliance with data governance standards and regulations, such as LGPD. * Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of processed data.
