**Job Responsibilities:** * Manage the company's strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. * Manage the Project Engineering team, conducting critical analysis meetings and reporting results to management. * Identify, develop and implement methodologies, best practices and project management standards (scope, schedule, costs, resources, risks and quality). * Develop projects according to technical standards, defining specifications, drawings and required resources. * Prepare studies, preliminary designs, layouts and flowcharts. * Apply project management methodologies and tools. * Conduct Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA) with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring safe and high-quality execution. * Prepare budgets, define procurement needs and ensure timely delivery within estimated cost. * Develop and qualify new suppliers as required by project needs. * Calculate and specify equipment and structures, ensuring technical feasibility and efficiency. * Propose solutions and continuous improvements in projects and processes. * Establish corrective action plans in case of deviations, ensuring smooth project progress. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related fields * MBA in Project Management * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project) * Desirable solid experience in project management in an industrial environment We value professionals who can lead with empathy, work collaboratively, think strategically and turn challenges into opportunities for innovation.
