If you want to be part of a team that unites strategy, innovation, and purpose, join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and coordinate the team involved in executing segment activities, ensuring daily guidance, alignment, and support. * Assist in translating segment strategy and the strategic cycle into detailed action plans, coordinating execution of these actions with operational teams. * Identify risks associated with business activities under your responsibility and develop appropriate mitigation plans. * Facilitate cross-departmental communication, promoting collaboration and integration to develop customer/member-centric solutions. * Monitor KPIs, analyze market data, and propose improvements based on results, metrics, and received feedback. * Track daily performance, prepare progress reports, and suggest data- and feedback-driven improvements to achieve segment goals. * Continuously monitor the Agro market, analyzing trends, competitive movements, producer behavior, and sector dynamics to generate insights that guide strategy and support decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Ability to operate strategically, aligning the team with organizational objectives and contributing to internal forums and committees. * Clear and assertive communication skills, with ease interacting across departments and hierarchical levels. * Strategic vision and analytical capability for data-driven decision-making. * Completed undergraduate degree. * Completed specialization or MBA. * Knowledge of the Agro sector and its market dynamics. * Prior leadership experience or experience in roles involving influence and coordination of people is desirable. **Additional Information** At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for business-area positions, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as 3 days on-site at the company headquarters located at Av. Assis Brasil, 3940, São Sebastião, Porto Alegre/RS, and 2 days remote.
