We offer customized training and consulting services to drive results and transform organizations. **Responsibilities:** Handle first- and second-level technical support tickets (on-site or remote). Provide support for POS systems, including installation, updates, configuration, and troubleshooting. Configure and maintain local networks and Wi-Fi access points in restaurants. Install and configure operating systems, commercial automation software, and corporate applications. Support the implementation of new stores or system updates across units. Assist the infrastructure team in organizing and managing IT asset inventory. Tasks related to standard Technology Analyst duties. Position located in Porto Alegre / RS. Bachelor's degree required.
