This position is part of our procurement team, responsible for negotiation, purchase order generation and tracking, ensuring organization and control across the entire procurement cycle. Additionally, the role includes analytical responsibilities—building and updating Power BI dashboards and management reports to generate insights supporting decision-making, cost optimization, and continuous process improvement. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Respond to procurement requests by analyzing and understanding the client department’s needs; * Conduct commercial negotiations evaluating the best cost-benefit ratio (price, delivery time, and quality), aligned with budget availability; * Generate purchase orders for materials and contracted services; * Monitor purchase order progress from request through payment; * Analyze procurement data, tracking acquisition volume, spending categories, SLA compliance, demand flow, and operational KPIs; * Build and update Power BI dashboards and management reports to support decision-making; * Map and propose improvements to procurement workflows and processes based on data and KPIs; * Generate strategic insights from data to contribute to cost optimization and productivity gains within the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration or related fields; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong negotiation skills; * Experience with Power BI; * Intermediate Excel skills; * SQL knowledge is a plus. **Additional Information** * We offer Meal Allowance, Food Voucher, and Transportation Voucher; * We care about your health!
