Preparation of Performance Reports and Metrics **Job Description:** We are seeking a PCP Analyst to manage production planning, scheduling, and control, ensuring on-time delivery, optimal resource utilization, and balance among demand, inventory, and production capacity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and schedule production according to orders, deadlines, and production capacity; * Monitor production orders and track process progress; * Analyze raw material, input, and finished goods inventories; * Issue and manage production orders; * Identify production bottlenecks and propose improvements; * Interface with procurement, production, logistics, and sales departments; * Prepare performance reports and metrics (on-time delivery, efficiency, losses, etc.) **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in PCP; * Proficiency in Excel and production control systems; * Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in textile/knitting industry; * Knowledge of ERP systems; * Experience managing production performance metrics.
