Job Summary: An administrative support professional focused on customer service and documentation for condominiums, requiring organization and proactivity. Key Highlights: 1. Values organization, discipline, and proactivity **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer service for condominium clients. * Preparation of Minutes, Circulars, Notices, Notifications, Warnings, and other documents requested by Advisors. * Updating condominium owner databases, address changes, etc. * Answering phone calls from condominium owners and syndics, and handling calls for Advisors when they are with clients. * Registering outstanding debts. * Sending regular correspondence. * Preparing protocols. * Submitting documents and files to the printing facility. * Filling out the "Doc's" spreadsheet used by the Dispatch team with data regarding the dispatch of Minutes, Notices, Documents, etc. * Performing other routine tasks as assigned by Advisors and the Condominium Manager. * Online chat support * Recording invoices **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education * Organization * Discipline * Productivity * Initiative Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.200,00 - R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Education: * Completed high school education (Mandatory) Experience: * Real estate management system (Preferred) * Condominium customer service (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
