REGIONAL COMMERCIAL SUPERVISOR (for RS)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional in key account management and team leadership for a strategic regional commercial role in the food sector.

We seek a professional with key account experience in the food sector and team management expertise to assume a strategic role within the regional commercial area of Rio Grande do Sul, working alongside our client (a São Paulo-based, multi-brand food and beverage manufacturer with nationwide distribution and international market presence).
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Develop and implement regional commercial strategies (within RS state) aimed at market expansion, sustainable sales growth, and strengthening brand presence.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, channels, and strategic partnerships, with a focus on the food service segment.
* Define, cascade, and monitor commercial targets aligned with the company’s growth and profitability expectations.
* Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team (internal and external), ensuring achievement of individual and collective goals.
* Manage independent commercial representatives’ activities, guiding and monitoring their use of tools defined by the corporate department.
* Maintain active relationships with key accounts, wholesalers, and distributors, while prospecting new strategic customers.
* Conduct complex negotiations, ensuring profitable, sustainable agreements aligned with company guidelines.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic accounts, developing and executing action plans.
* Perform market, competitive, pricing, and growth opportunity analyses.
* Update the CRM system, reporting strategic information and relevant market feedback.
* Train and support local commercial representatives as needed.
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields.
* Postgraduate degree in a related field.
* Minimum of 8 years’ experience in leadership positions within the commercial area, including work with key accounts and distributors, preferably in food manufacturing companies.
* Experience in food service solutions is desirable.
* Proficiency in margin management, taxation, and profitability, with strong expertise in sell-in and sell-out, after-sales, point-of-sale execution, and pricing actions.
* Trade marketing routine and strategy management, results-oriented.
* Proven experience in people management.
* Willingness to travel frequently.
