




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Health Sciences, Economics, Marketing or related fields. * Previous experience in the health market (mandatory), working with health insurance plans, health plan operators or hospitals. * Knowledge of commercial fee schedules (proficiency in honorariums, open/closed packages; e.g., Brasíndice, Simpro, TUSS, etc.) and partnership models in the health sector; * Experience negotiating contracts or adjustments with private and/or public payers. * Ability to analyze commercial data and prepare reports. * Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint). * Availability to work in the state of São Paulo and interact with different units. * Support negotiations with health plan operators, health insurance plans and public payers (SUS, TJ, Armed Forces), ensuring sustainable conditions for the institution. * Contribute to the analysis of remuneration fee schedules, packages, honorariums and transpositions, ensuring financial and clinical coherence. * Participate in visits and relationship-building meetings with partners, presenting services, infrastructure and institutional differentiators. * Monitor contractual adjustments and propose improvements to commercial terms, aligned with coordination guidelines. * Prepare low-complexity commercial proposals, evaluating technical-commercial feasibility and accurately recording information. * Maintain updated contract registration and documentation, ensuring control and historical tracking of partnerships. * Support the management of the partner portfolio, monitoring performance, expansion opportunities and payer satisfaction. 2512270202491831207
