We are looking for a **Controller**, with solid experience in controllership, to lead the **full implementation of the department** within the company. We seek a highly analytical and strategic profile with strong ability to structure processes, build KPIs, and support senior management in decision-making. **Responsibilities** * Structure and implement the controllership department, defining processes, policies, and metrics. * Lead corporate budget planning and monitoring. * Manage and enhance the cost system and profitability analysis. * Develop and monitor performance indicators, delivering strategic data to the executive board. * Produce in-depth financial analyses supporting short-, medium-, and long-term decisions. * Ensure internal controls, accuracy of information, and standardization of reports. * Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, reinforcing a data-driven management culture. **Requirements** * Senior-level experience in controllership, costing, and budgeting. * Proven experience in implementing or restructuring finance departments. * Strong analytical profile, strategic vision, and data-driven decision-making capability. * Ability to communicate clearly with the executive board and leadership. * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree/MBA is considered a plus.
