Job Summary: We are looking for a QA Analyst with an analytical mindset, end-to-end quality vision, and expertise in both manual and automated testing, as well as interest in emerging technologies and AI in QA. We seek a QA Analyst with an analytical profile, end-to-end quality vision, and proficiency in both manual and automated testing, along with interest in emerging technologies and the application of Artificial Intelligence in the QA context. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the quality of deliverables for web applications and APIs, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. Work model: Business hours Hiring type: To be defined (CLT / PJ) **Responsibilities and duties** ### **Quality and Testing** * Execute manual tests on web applications and APIs. * Validate functionalities according to requirements, business rules, and acceptance criteria. * Plan and execute functional, exploratory, and regression tests. * Identify, log, and track bugs and inconsistencies until resolution. * Document test evidence and results. * Create, maintain, and enhance test cases and scenarios. ### **Automation and Technical Quality** * Develop and maintain automated tests. * Support the evolution of the quality automation strategy. * Contribute to integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines. * Perform validations on RESTful APIs using testing and inspection tools. ### **Collaboration and Continuous Improvement** * Collaborate with development, product, and business teams. * Participate in backlog refinement and support defining acceptance criteria. * Identify risks and propose preventive improvements to the quality process. * Support quality initiatives using automations, scripts, and intelligent solutions. ### **Innovation and AI Applied to QA** * Use Artificial Intelligence tools to increase productivity in: * Test data generation * Script creation and support * Analysis and optimization of test scenarios * Acceleration of quality activities **What you’ll do daily** ===================================== * Ensure the quality of web applications with a focus on robustness, performance, and scalability. * Validate secure and efficient APIs. * Support automations and intelligent solutions using scripts (e.g., Python) and AI. * Contribute to quality and engineering best practices. * Work autonomously to identify issues and propose improvements. **Requirements and qualifications** **Experience** =============== * 4–5 years of proven experience in Quality/Testing. **Technical Knowledge** -------------------------- ### **Testing and Automation** * Experience with manual and automated testing. * Experience with: * Postman * Swagger * BDD / Gherkin ### **APIs, Data, and Integrations** * Experience with API testing * Experience with databases: SQL Server, MySQL. * Knowledge of version control with Git. ### **Tools and Methodologies** * Hands-on experience with: * Clickup * Jira * Azure DevOps or similar tools * Practical experience with: * Scrum * Kanban ### **AI Applied to QA** * Knowledge of and experience using AI tools to optimize quality work. **Preferred Qualifications** ================ * Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines. * Knowledge of performance and security testing. * Hands-on experience with: * Selenium * Playwright * Certifications: * ISTQB CTFL / ISTQB * Degree in: * Computer Science * Information Systems * Software Engineering or related fields. **Seg Imob** was founded with the mission of transforming and innovating the real estate market by offering intelligent and secure solutions to ensure peace of mind for real estate agencies, brokers, and tenants.
