Resolving low- and medium-complexity requests, providing support for systems, access, functionalities, and operational queries; additionally, performing structured escalation to higher support levels when required. Maintaining clear communication with clients to ensure expectation alignment and adherence to deadlines and SLAs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields. Customer service experience and track record in meeting performance indicators.
