Our mission is to transform companies through people, and we seek a SOFTWARE ENGINEER to help us fulfill this mission by implementing improvements and providing ongoing support for the **Digital Payroll** product. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Performing software maintenance; * Developing new features; * Supporting the Product team in designing new solutions and conducting technical feasibility analyses; * Supporting customer service. * Participating in ceremonies — daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives; * Collaborating with the Product team on requirements; * Validating UI screens with the Product team; * Contributing suggestions for new tasks alongside the Product team; * Developing tests in partnership with the QA team; * Maintaining communication with the backend team to execute tasks; * Identifying and proposing improvements. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Proficiency in Genexus 17 or higher; * Knowledge of WWP; * Experience with the Genexus WEB environment; * Knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, and Java; * Familiarity with Tomcat; * Familiarity with the Linux operating system; * Knowledge of PostgreSQL database. **It’s a plus if you:** * Have knowledge of and/or experience in People Management/Personnel Department. **Still unsure whether Sólides is the right place for you?
