Job Summary: The professional will supervise and resolve emergencies, monitor technical failures, control access, assist residents, and conduct visible patrols. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and resolution of emergency and technical situations. 2. Access control and security, including events and patrolling. 3. Assistance to residents and preparation of routine reports. **Responsibilities:** – Supervision and resolution of emergency situations; – Monitoring locations with internet outages or technical issues; – Access control, ensuring the security and integrity of access points; – Logistics transportation, delivering materials to technicians or suppliers; – Assistance to residents, providing guidance and training on the use of security devices and systems; – Access control during condominium events, supervising entry and exit during such events; – Visible patrols, operating the company vehicle for patrolling; – Preparation of routine reports for operational monitoring; – Assistance in cases of mechanical problems with gates, remaining on-site until the technician arrives and controlling access during the wait; **Requirements:** – Driver's License Category B; – Completed high school education; – Basic computer knowledge; – Availability for flexible hours/overtime; – Sense of urgency and responsibility; – Commitment; – Good communication skills; – Prior experience in this role **(public service experience will be considered a plus)**.
