




Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing accounting, tax, budgetary, inventory control, asset management, audit liaison, and team leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Team management and continuous improvement processes **Accounting, Closing, and Financial Statements (FS)** * Manage the entire accounting routine, ensuring **monthly closings** are completed on time and with quality. * Ensure accounting and financial reconciliations, reclassifications, provisions, and account analyses. * Coordinate the **generation and consolidation of Financial Statements (FS)**, ensuring consistency, compliance, and adherence. * Prepare and review accounting reports and information to support executive management and other stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards (CPC/IFRS, where applicable). **Tax and Fiscal Management** * Manage calculation of direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, ISS, etc.). * Ensure fiscal compliance and timely submission of ancillary obligations (SPED, EFD, DCTF, REINF, DIRF, among others). * Monitor fiscal risks, assessments, and opportunities for tax optimization. **Budgeting, Planning, and Control** * Lead the **annual budgeting process**, revisions, and forecasting. * Conduct budget vs. actual tracking and variance analysis. * Support internal departments with financial projections, targets, and results. * Develop managerial reports and financial dashboards. **Inventory and Loss Prevention Management** * Implement and monitor controls for **loss reduction**, inventory discrepancies, and stock breakages. * **Organize and monitor cyclic and physical inventories together with the team**, validating adjustments and follow-up actions. * Analyze key indicators such as inventory turnover, coverage, stockouts, losses, and obsolescence. * Ensure integration and consistency between physical and system-based inventory. **Asset Management (Fixed Assets)** * Responsible for **fixed asset control**, ensuring accurate registration and classification of assets. * Ensure proper documentation supporting fixed asset movements (acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and write-offs). * Control and validate depreciation/amortization calculations and accounting entries in accordance with internal policies and legislation. * Coordinate periodic fixed asset inventories, reconciling physical vs. book values and proposing necessary adjustments. **Audit Liaison (Internal and External)** * Act as the focal point for **liaison with external and/or internal auditors**, ensuring process organization and transparency. * Prepare and provide requested documentation, reconciliations, and audit evidence. * Monitor and respond to **queries, recommendations, and findings**, ensuring appropriate follow-up and action plans. * Support issuance of reports, opinions, and validation of figures presented in FS. **Managerial Indicators and Information** * Develop and monitor relevant financial and operational KPIs. * Ensure quality and reliability of information provided to executive management. * Support strategic decision-making with margin, profitability, cost, and performance analyses. **Team and Process Management** * Lead, develop, and evaluate the Controller team. * Map and standardize processes, promoting continuous improvement and automation. * Collaborate closely with all company departments.
