Throughout the Program, you will experience practical and theoretical immersion—carefully designed to strengthen your technical, behavioral, and business-oriented skills—with constant focus on holistic development and leadership. **PROGRAM STRUCTURE:** The program is guided by three main pillars, each linked to development stimuli (including books, courses, discussion circles, technical/practical trainings, internal rituals, etc.): * **Pillar 1 — Business Vision** Covers the overall landscape of CDV, includes meetings with departmental leaders to deepen understanding of teams (tools, KPIs), and clarifies how each department contributes to the Club’s results. * **Pillar 2 — Future Skills** Learning paths, courses, and talks delivered by internal and external professionals to strengthen technical competencies (e.g., n8n, AI, BI…) and behavioral competencies (e.g., Project Management, Process Management, Emotional Intelligence…). * **Pillar 3 — Accelerating Careers** Discussion circles on essential topics for early-career professionals—including professional conduct, organization, balance—as well as themes such as culture and career development. **OUR BENEFITS:** **HEALTH** **Conexa Saúde**: We value mental health care—therefore, we cover up to 4 therapy sessions per month. **Health Insurance Plan**: We value our team’s health!
