The **Apprentice** at AESC will assist in the administrative and operational processes of the **CAPS**, always aligned with the Mission, Vision, and ethical, moral, and human values grounded in those of the Congregation of the Missionary Sisters of St. Charles Borromeo Scalabrinians. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in administrative and operational processes, including systems, spreadsheets, e\-mails, document verification, and printing; * Support colleagues and handle telephone inquiries. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be aged between 16 and 24 years; * Currently enrolled in or have completed high school. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Practical and theoretical training; * Opportunity to develop essential workplace skills; * Training allowance; * Transportation voucher; * Mental health teleconsultation services, extended to family members; * Birthday Day Off (per current policy). Founded in 1962, AESC originated from the Congregation of the Missionary Sisters of St. Charles Borromeo\-Scalabrinians, present in Rio Grande do Sul since 1915, and established here to welcome and care for migrants facing socioeconomic and cultural vulnerability, both in their countries and places of origin. Today, we have over 4,000 collaborating professionals across education, health, and social responsibility sectors. Our social responsibility unit operates in Caxias do Sul, with the Migrant Assistance Center. Our educational units operate in Farroupilha, Colégio Nossa Senhora de Lourdes in Caxias do Sul, Colégio São Carlos, and Santa Vitória do Palmar, Colégio São Carlos. Our health units operate in Porto Alegre, with hospitals and reference services in Rio Grande do Sul and Brazil — Hospital Mãe de Deus, Hospital Santa Ana, and Psychosocial Care Centers — and in Capão da Canoa, Hospital Santa Luzia.
