Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, or related fields; \- Proven experience in Procurement; \- Advanced negotiation skills; \- Knowledge of supplier management and supply chain; \- Analytical capability to evaluate and compare different proposals and suppliers; \- Ability to make strategic decisions based on information and defined objectives. Responsibilities: \- Conduct market research to identify top suppliers; \- Negotiate procurement contracts, pricing, and commercial terms; \- Analyze costs and benefits of different supplier proposals; \- Monitor quality of received products and services; \- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring on-time delivery per agreed schedules; \- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and increased efficiency in procurement processes; \- Prepare performance reports and procurement KPIs. Attention: This position requires on-site work at the company's headquarters located in Porto Alegre. Therefore, candidates must be available to reside in the city or its surrounding areas.
